Throughout the course of the series, we are looking for feedback from you guys on how the series is progressing. Of course, you could go down the traditional route and read Aggers or Athers post game analysis, and that's all well and good. However it's more fun when you get your say..... We've had some lively debate on Facebook and Twitter over the past few days regarding team selection. So we'll use this blog to try and make some sense of it all.
The overriding opinion from you all is that Ian Bell shouldn't make the Durban 11. In fact, there was only one (Andrew Agent....make yourself known sir) who backed Bell to stay in the side! Huge debate has surrounded who should replace Bell, with 3 main protagonist's being touted. All-rounder Lukey Wright, Wright, Wright has received the most love, with Siddy just behind. However, the biggest surprise has been the support of Tim Bresnan.....who's not even on the tour! So quite how he'll play at Durban I'm not sure...
Question marks over Ali Cook's form have been raised. However, with no spare opener on tour he seems assured of his place (with hindsight what a stupid decision that is), unless Athers can be coaxed out from the Sky box??
So after all that, here is the 11 suggested by you guys for the 2nd Test;
