Hi, Did anyone else request a refund for the Eden Gardens match? If so, has anyone got that refund? I'm still waiting and pretty annoyed about it too.... If anyone has any tips on what to do now (I've emailed KyaZoonga, the ICC, ECB and TwelfthMan) i would be very happy to hear them. Cheers. |

Keep on at KyaZoonga. Email as many different email addresses as you have for them, phone them every day, and eventually they will give in. |

I've been bombarding them with emails to no avail. I did get an answer from the ECB who have forwarded me email to the ICC. They've also said that if I don't get a response within 2 weeks they will follow it up. We shall see what happens now....... |

i opted for the exchange , and picked up at the venue ,kyazoonga told me that they would refund my £60 courier fees, which they have yet to do. also iv had my phone bill for last month, everytime time i called them and got the busy message they charged me 39p, in total it came to over £19. so be careful when bombarding them with calls |

I haven't had my courier dispatch fees refunded either. I haven't given up though, and won't do so until they pay up. |

Indian admin is a shambles so dont expect anything soon. Unfortunately you will have to badger them as often as you can for things to get moving. I find it embarrasing, should be priority. Good luck guys |
