Quick question, do you need to upload photos as well as attach them, or can you just attach them to the application form that you send in? |

Sent mine off and had it back within the week - no need to pay third parties additional fees! |

I filled mine on line and took it to the Visa office in London - Goswell Road, Barbican. Fairly painless procedure and got called at my allotted time. Only problem is the two trips i.e. I have to pick it up in a few days time. Oh - and they've got a photo machine there if you've trouble getting the right sized photos. I have to say I miss the 'bun fights' at the Indian High Commission when I used to get my Visa. Those were the days, a true welcome to India experience! |

I am doing Mumbai test flying in from Perth and had no problem getting a double entry visa to go back to Goa one week later after flying back to London for a week. Perhaps they look on us convicts with higher esteem now !!!! Visa from Oz allows 1 entry into india during visa period. I applied on line and added additional entry requirement on form (back to Goa 1 week after Mumbai test) and received my passport back with 4 days stamped with double entry for period mentioned |

Perhaps they look on us convicts with higher esteem now !!!! You generally get a 'Multiple Entry' Visa as standard but you still need to leave two months between leaving and re-entering India. I'd double-check with your travel agent before you travel if I was you. See you in Mumbai! |

I sent an accompanying letter with my visa application saying i wanted a Double Entry visa so i could go to Sri Lanka for a couple of weeks and wanted to re-enter within the two month period.I recieved my visa with a Double Entry stamp and re-entry from Sri Lanka printed on it,under Endorsements. |

Can anyone help please. I'm doing my online application which I've printed and ready to post to the Uxbridge centre. But it keeps mentioning making an appointment. With a postal application do I still need an appointment? I'd interpreted it that I'm paying for my application to be done fully by post and that my passport will be returned by post. Do I still need an appointment? I bet this is a really silly question so sorry but this constant mention of 'making an appointment' is making me doubt myself Cheers, Matt |

Or pay extra to get them to send it back. |
