For Antigua It's saying 'Party stand' where the pool is, is sold out, who's bought them? Opposite side (grounds) US$15

For Barbados it's US$30.

I'll get 'em when I'm over there.

I am in Barbados for all the T20s and have been online to have a look. They are showing party stand and lots of blocks sold out. Surely this cant be right can it.

Could someone far more experienced than me advise what is the best thing to do.

If they have a party stand at the Barbados games then that is where i fancy going , i just cant believe its sold out.

If the party stand is not an option would people advise buying online for another stand or just go and sort out tickets once i am there.

Our group have purchased 4 tickets in the Worrel Weekes & Walcott stand for all 3 T20s. I am under no illusion that various blocks have actually sold out, but we always like the reassurance of tickets before travelling and if the party stand Is quiet, I'd be surprised if we were denied entrance. I'm sure tickets might be cheaper on the door, but at $30 I am not overly concerned. Really excited about this tour!!!

What usually happens with the cheaper sections of the ground is that the locals get the first shout with the tickets which i think is only fair 30$ is ok for us but it could be a days wages to some locals.
The WICB know we dont mind paying for our tickets thats why they have chosen Barbados for the T 20s to get as many as they can through the gates rather than a smaller ground like ST Lucia.
Im sure you would be able to get tickets when you arrive but sometimes it really is hard work, all the stands have a good view but i would say the upper sections are just a bit better in my opinion, see you all in Barbados.

I think after reading some of the posts on here i will purchase some tickets now online. As has been mentioned they are not that expensive and i think i would prefer to travel with a ticket safely in my pocket.

I assume that tickets are picked up in Barbados as im sure i read somewhere they will not post them, or have i got that wrong.

We are in Antigua for all 3 games and like chop barnsley would like to know where the best place is to sit. Looks like only grassed seating area and higher levels of the stands are available online.

Have now purchased my tickets online. Pretty painless transaction really all very easy.

We have decided to buy tickets in a different stand for each game so we will get to see the ground from a different perspective each time.

Cant wait for it now. Flights, hotel, tickets all sorted.

Just received this from the WICB...

The WICB usually appoints an official party stand operator. We are currently in negotiations for the upcoming England tour. These tickets are not normally sold via Online which is also why it appears as “sold out” or rather unavailable. If you are still interested, please confirm, and we can then contact you when negotiations are completed so that we can provide the contact details so you can make contact with the operators to reserve your tickets.

So a 3rd party has the 'party stand' tickets so plenty/all still available, hopefully they won't inflate the prices too much!

Just bought three tickets for the Greenidge and Hayes stand (Tuesday match) flying out on Sunday 9th March so will miss the first game. Holding out for party stand tickets for the Wed game. If anyone manages to get the third party vendor/purchase details for these tickets/stand, please post here.

See you on the Island in March!
