Seemed to take forever getting money back from the South Africa Saturday @ the Oval last year. At least a month from what I can remember mate. What you getting a refund for? England's poor batting?!

Up to 30 days from receipt of the tickets allegedly.

From experience , it takes around the full 30 days as well.

Still waiting for Edgbaston day 3.

If there are 15,000 tickets at £70 a time, I don't supose they are in any rush to give up the interest?

It normally takes from 4-6 weeks, and my experience is that it will be the sixth week if you're lucky. Remember that fifth day refunds are different, they are directly charged to the original credit card used to make the booking. Minus an "administration fee" of course, the very mention of which angers up the blood.

Got mine back last week .

Under 3 weeks from 'application' to 'receipt of cheque'.
