CHUMP Bloody hell mate.....what did you expect him to do, thank everyone personally by name?? The "Barmy Army" in most cases has just become a collective term for all England fans.......I'm sure his thanks were not aimed at the official tour group only. I think you're taking this a bit personally to be honest. When I read the thread title I thought it was going to be about Swanny's send off of Siddique, to which I would have agreed.......a bit out of order. This gripe is just lame |

Eggmanfoo reading some of your recent posts on here I think you really need to get over yourself. Having to come on here and tell everyone how "slighty more rustic and different from the norm" you are tells me you are actally far from that! |

CHUMP is that why Clarky et al come over with the BA at the end like for fuckin acknowledgement I left the ground shortly after the game ended, George, as I had things to do, so you are talking utter rubbish. What is more I have never jumped on the back of anyone else in order to get "fuckin acknowledgement". I'm not quite sure what I've done to upset you, George, but please get your facts right rather than spouting garbage. |

This gripe is just lame Now I come to think of it, there is a valid reason why i feel unhappy at being generally referred to as barmy army....you see, every country i go to i get asked "ah, you are the barmy army", to which i reply "no", cos why would i want to be associated with a bunch of drunk piss heads fighting with each other in The Bar in Kandy in 2007, and a couple of pissed up football fans having a go at brawling in a Chittergong Bar in 2010 over a sodding football match.....both incidents brought shame to travelling england cricket fans...... I really do not have to answer that question surely..................... |
