All English cricket fans will be "Barmy Army" to the locals when we follow England abroad.
I don't think that there's any shame in that, wether you consider yourself to be BarmyArmy or not.
We travel independently (as cheap as possible 'cos I'm a tight arse) but have never felt excluded by anyone.
Be that the BarmyArmy, the indie boys or enen the Gullibles!
Of course there will aways be differences of opinion about many different things; bars, hotels, football, are we South Africa B, etc?
That happens, but at the end of the day, no matter who we are, we're all there because we love cricket.
