Did anyone else think that this was the worse organised stadium they have ever been too or was it just me? No passouts, Only 2 gates to cover the Trumper, O'Reilly and Brewongle stands...which happen to be the 3 biggest stands in the ground, unclean toilets and everyone forcing there way to gate E to have a smoke at lunch or tea! I know people dont really think of the MCG as a Cricket ground but there was 85,000 odd people there on Boxing Day and the only time i recall having to queue up was for a drink...Maybe the SCG people should go and get some organisational lessons off Melbourne! |

I totally agree. No pass-out rule created at times dangerous congestion - esp at lunch. Food choices were appalling. The MCG was much more humane - and you could get a baked spud! Did, however, think the bus service into town was excellent. |

Don't forget the queueing/purchasing fiasco for day 5 tickets only to be told 30 minutes later that admission was free (small comfort after missing most of the final sessions play) |

Definitely get my vote over the SCG. I think the hill will be gone by the time I go back, but I wished I was clued up enough to have booked tickets in a seated area this time. You can just wonder in and out of the hill at will anyway, and on those hot days a bit of rest in a seat would have been very welcome. |
