With The Mighty Finn's return I was shocked to see there was no place in the side for my "favourite" "fast" bowler Pedro Collins. Finns inclusion in the England squad today, should free up, the West Indies 2nd most enigmatic bowler! |

A stunning performance from Pedro today in the 40 over competition at Amstelveen as the Dutch like corn before him fell... Figures of 4-25 off 6.4 overs! I don't know whether you got to Taunton for Day 4 of Yorkshire's visit in the end? I mistakenly opted for Day 4 of Sorry v Middlesex and the dullest of bore draws of the type that appears to be a local speciality down at The Oval. |

Which team impressed you the most in the first round of championship games? How long with Hoggy's captaincy honeymoon last? definitely up for a bit of a county cricket meet up Crouchy..let me know when and where.. |

Had a good trip to Northants to see the Sussex game, wish i had gone to Arundel yesterday 652 runs, Minor county side Unicorns beating the current 40 over champions, Durston 117 off 68 balls, Sussex team must be in total shock. How can all the Sussex bowlers take such a pounding? L Wright 6.3 0 56 1 Arafat 8.0 0 64 2 Kirtley 6.0 0 47 0 Martin-Jenkins 2.0 0 20 0 Yardy 8.0 0 62 1 Panasar 8.0 0 50 0 I think Robbo the coach has his work cut out now!! Sussex v Worcester this evening !! |

Perhaps English counties (of who we are always hearing about how poor and cash-strapped they are, hence the "need" for the relentless barrage of Twenty20) should bin one or two of their overpaid professionals and go back to having amateurs in the squad instead? |

Looking forward to the double header next month then Surrey v Middlesux. 2 wins in 3 days for us in the 40 over format -that'll do |

WTF is going on at Durham?! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/shared/fds ... recard.stm As I write, bowled out in 30 odd overs by 3 Kent bowlers and in reply Steve Harmison has been hit for 83 in 11 overs! |
