Cheltenham Gloucestershire v Kent in the championship 20-23/07/2011 Gloucestershire v Notts in the friends prove 24/07/2011 I'm back in blighty for it, looking at atleast 1 day, likely to be Friday 22nd. I notice, that once again a majority of championship fixtures are starting Monday, Tuesday or Wednesdays, mean little if no chance of play over the weekend!!!! The only people I know who get to watch loads of county championship cricket are retired or postmen!!! Meeting place? www.barmyarmy.com/barmynews/index.php?m ... NewsID=556 |

Yorkshire going very well indeed, if Andrew Gale keeps this sort of form up he's going to hard to ignore. Ali Cook scoring big runs again as well, he's a different player compared to last summer. |

I had a cracking day out at Derby yesterday. Strangely so, since I've heard nothing but bad things about the ground there. I found it very pleasant and much better than expected. Not such a good day for Middlesex though, who surrendered a sizeable advantage. Going into day 3 it's anyone's game. |

Lanccy looking well set again. |
