Just after I said Yorkshire were doing well! Good grief, that's an England-style batting collapse

To be fair though Crouchy when i heard we were all out i did say Yorkshire would win!, what a comeback though.

Truly remarkable, after my post yesterday morning never would have thought we'd go on and win. Reidy & Mullaney did brilliant to get us a lead. Bowlers ere superb, without Adams who couldn't bowl. :)

Middlesex are already top of Division 2 with a game in hand following an epic away victory over Derbyshire.

I was up there for Day 2, and had a very enjoyable day despite Middlesex being comprehensively outplayed for the duration, showing that even when you possess the classiest seam attack in the division, nothing can be taken for granted.

This looks to be a very evenly matched division, with no obvious whipping boys. Even Sorry have managed a couple of draws. I wonder whether they'll repeat their tactic seen in recent seasons of preparing flat pitches in order to get lots of draws in the hope of securing sufficient points to stay off the bottom?

A great start, middle order collapse, then a wagging tail. Not England but the mighty Glozzer today away to Kent. After a thumping victory over Derbyshire, a dismal display at Glamorgan and today's variety mix looks like another year of inconsistency awaits. Shit scheduling, Day 4 on Friday, why couldn't they have moved it one day so a long w/e of Championship cricket?

Had to quote it to get it big enough to read, you little s..t Neil :D ;)

Even I know there's a long way to go. Looking good again today, but why oh why are we playing Sussex for the 2nd time this season and its still April.
Would like to have saved this away game for during our 'rainy season', May to September.

Fantastic win for Glozzer today away to Kent. Looked like we'd blown it at one stage but Young Gidman saw us home. Lofty position of 2nd. Almost nose bleed time !!

An improved performance by Sorry at Lord's against Middlesex compared with last season. They only lost by an innings and 42 runs this year. Last year it was an innings and 44 runs!

Hold onto your hats for the top-of-the-table clash at Bristol next week.

One week good, next week crap. Here's hoping for 4 days of rain and a draw !! Only kidding, could be a good clash. Will try to get down for a days play.
