Same here too mate; I ordered tickets for all super 8 games, semi final & the finals but only received tickets for the first Super 8 game. I called the ICC ticketing helpline in Sri Lanka on 0094112699088 ( Got this number from FAQ's on the T20 eticketing website ) & was told to ring their manager on 0094777780016; he said that customers will receive the remaining tickets in the next 2 weeks! I asked him as to why all tickets have not been dispatched together, he stated that the other tickets were not ready to be dispatched yet but kept reassuring me that the remaining tickets will be delivered in the next 2 weeks. He was trying to explain that only Phase 1 tickets have been sent out - Not sure how many matches Phase 1 covers as he could not answer this question either! This does not make sense to me at all - Why would ICC spend more on delivery costs by sending out tickets seperately - I only got charged $9 for delivery & I am sure most of you would have paid the same amount too. |

Have we all received tickets for the same matches? My tickets were for the qualifier vs Afghanistan and the Super 8's vs New Zealand. |

HI I have got tickets for England v Afghanistan,England v India and super 8 game on 27th in Kandy that's 6 tickets i ordered 48 its going to be a long wait,i also got tickets from two different orders. Im flying out on the 15th thats two weeks time, has anyone thought of a contingency plan as it looks like all the people who ordered tickets by post in the uk are in the same boat? Im sure we all are not really bothered about the finance involved with the tickets as they are not that expensive, its ok saying i will get some over in Sri Lanka is it really going to be that easy especially as both the semis and the final are all sold?.If anyone knows a decent bar in Colombo with a tv can you please let me know.Fingers crossed for two weeks. Thanks Mark |

There doesn't seem to be any logic or order to the way tickets have been dispatched. I have received some but not all of the tickets I ordered. These range from England v India, some of the Super 8 games, some of both Semi finals and some of the final. I've received about 3 quarters of what I ordered but I also ordered tickets in my wife's & brothers names and my wife has only got handful of her order and my brother none so far. My mate also ordered a load on the same day as me and he hasn't received any yet. Then to further confuse matters, I ordered 4 extra tickets for both semis on 1 August and they have arrived yet loads that were ordered in March haven't yet turned up. Makes no sense but just seems to be a case of waiting a few more days to see what turns up |

Sincerely hope none of you are in the air at the same time as your tickets. That would be hell on earth convincing them to replace tickets newly arrived back in Blighty. |

Ticketmaster phoned me yesterday to say that they are aware they've sent incomplete orders and re sending the remaining tickets within 48 hours so all tickets should be delivered by end of this week. They said that in the very worst case scenario you just need your ID number that is on your ticket info screen on the ticket purchase website (log in to check this - I used my driving licence photo card number as ID) and show this at any of the box offices in Colombo & Kandy and you can pick up missing tickets. Shouldn't be necessary though as they are sending out all remaining tickets in next 48 hours |
