Oh Gosh! i think ive shot myself in the foot mentioning the dress code! Its a chilled out place, and has amazing views in the whole of Abu Dhabi!

Huey lad, there will be some flyers on the day. We will be putting them in the Boxes at the stadium. Failing that i will have some on me and will be happy to hand them out to the lads.

Its not on the way back... its sort of across in direction. Taxi back from The Shangri-La hotel to Yas Island is about 40AED. so about 7 quid.

Here's an idea for you though , can you arrange for a free bus pick at the ground for about 12.00 and return for about 12.40 ish ? then again the free bus pick up 17.15 ish ? We could then have our 2 pints at lunch and straight back to yours after , sounds like a plan to me :D

Hi Basingstoke Pat... the hotel is just diagnal from teh cricket ground really... it will only be 40AED back to Yas island from the bar. which is about 7 yee old english quid!

 Gents,

The majority of bars in Abu Dhabi will not allow entry with shorts and flip flops and given the current weather you probably wont want to wear in any event. Think an early May test at Chester-le-street with the wind blowing....
