This place is very close to Kotla and has got an excellent bar. It also backs onto Old Delhi which is a fascinating place to spend a couple of days. http://www.hotelbroadwaydelhi.com/ |

Stayed in the hotel for SA vs Windies during World Cup but full this time around - Ended up in the Tara Palace near the Cycle Market - Top little place in the chaos of Old Delhi. |

About £30 per night - Clean, free airport pick up, decent breakfast included and helpful staff - Highly recommended - Bizarrely bumped into another fella from Oadby there (not in Delhi for cricket) who stays there every year. |
