Has anyone actually flown to Australia with Quantas having paid the lower fare?

Many people have flown on Qantas having booked through the source provided in the email. These people are not necessarily from this forum but of the World's largest frequent flyer forum, FlyerTalk, but those in the know keep it under wraps as greater exposure to these loopholes only see's them closes sooner rather than later. It works on all Qantas international fares, with the exception of from Singapore, I believe. I have a friend booked to travel from Adelaide to London in October via this website using my Amex card. I personally have no concerns.

I'm not to sure if I have sent you across the information personally, but as indicated in the email I distributed, you're booking with an online travel agency the equivalent of an ebookers, travelocity, expedia etc, albeit the website is not UK based. The company itself operates in 21 different countries. The reasoning for the lower overall price subsequent to the omission of the fuel surcharges is included in the email.

I've been away for a while so will update those who I haven't as yet as the information will be relevant for the Ashes tour.

Note that anyone who has booked to travel on Korean Air from London Gatwick should check their itineraries as the Gatwick service has been suspended between 15JAN13 to 27APR13.
