My concern would be that you turn up to the ground on day one only to be told that you can't come in because the tickets were cancelled. The priority purchase scheme only applies to peolpe who live in Dunedin / Wellington. It's not even open to the rest of NZ. The Dunedin tickets don't appear to be selling quickly so I will wait until Sunday evening to purchase. Anyone know the situation at Wellington where only general admission tickets appear to be on sale. Will this get you access to the stands, or are we expecting more choice when the general sale starts Sunday? |

Good point - Would be just my luck, buy the tickets early, get refused entry and there are no more tickets available. |

Thank you for your email. Only those who live in Wellington or Dunedin are able to purchase during this presale. People that buy tickets (and are not resident) prior to this run the risk of having their tickets cancelled. Tickets will be available to the general public on Monday 3 December from 9am. I'm not sure which part of this e-mail is unclear. Why don't we all just buy our tickets when they are on sale to us ie w.e.f. 03/12 |

'Fraid not Kev, clashes with a rather important Premiership game at home. As it was originally the only one I could make I was going to go until I saw which game it coincided with. Save my pennies for NZ. |

I've been speaking to NZ cricket and the message is to be on the safe side buy online as soon as you can. As said before the traditional Kiwi rocks up on the day of the game but the capacity is just over 5000 and the Uni students will fancy a few days at the game so NZ cricket are expecting a sell out but probably not this side of Christmas. |

Gilo Thanks for the info I emailed Ticketek asking advice about how they are to deal with those who have bought Dunedin tickets ahead of the official sale (3rd Dec) Slightly ironically, they replied with a holding reply, stating they would reply within three days ( which would take me beyond the 3rd Dec deadline ! ) I will revert if anyone is interested with their reply All I want is piece of mind that if they are to cancel my ticket order, they inform me and re imburse so that I can re order after Monday ! Cheers Peter |

Been keeping an eye on the Ticketek web site since Monday. Went as far as the 'best available seat' screen in the booking process. Every day it has offered me row B of the Aotea stand between seat 36 and 60. Suggest that the seats aren't selling at any great rate. Still, I guess I will be glued to the computer screen at 8pm tomorrow night with lots of others |
