We could have gone via H'throw and got it cheaper but the inherent problems of connections and lost luggage are massive detractors from any savings. Oh well Not be long naaah. |

That there were still seats on our original flight (now cheaper) and moved us back onto it. [/quote] I'm in the sticky brown stuff courtesey of Jetstar schedule changes. What number did you ring, as the list on their website is a bit confusing? |

They are useless and I think they are just using us to defray their splitting of the flight. Lots of alternatives still available and thankfully plenty of time to sort it. Bastards should have at least one email address. Good luck. |

Was planing on 8hrs kip in a hotel by the airport prior to catching the 11:50am Jetstar flight to Queenstown. Bastards moved departure time forward by 3hrs. There's no way I'm giving up 3hrs sleep after 24hrs travelling so I have cancelled the Jetstar flight and re-booked with Air NZ (£5 more expensive but extra 20 minutes in bed). Contacted Jetstar via Skype and got immediate response and all sorted in 3 - 4 minutes. Only draw back is Jetstar take 15 working days to process the refund. |

I've bitten the bullet and accepted the change but it will mean having to change my digs as I'd originally intended staying in Auk, now it will have to be somewhere near the airport. |

Look on the bright side. At least you can catch the last day of the warm up game. |
