They said that was ok, but a couple of days later I got a repeat e-mail saying I had to give them my bank account details, I've been getting the same e-mail every week since. Hopefully I can speak to somebody from Jetstar when I get to NZ. On a similar note, I am stopping off in Malaysia on the way back and booked some short haul flights with Air Asia. Unfortunately Air Asia decided to cancell the route I was booked to travell on out of Borneo (so I had to reorganise that leg of my trip). Expedia refunded the Borneo hotel cost in 2 days, Air Asia say I should get my flight refund in 30 days! |
