Please note that the following itinerary is provisional. Nothing has been officially announced yet, and it's not unknown for provisional itineraries to be spectacularly wrong. However, this is what Gullivers and one or two others think it's going to be: Thu 28 Nov - Mon 2 Dec 1st Test Gabba, Brisbane Fri 6 - Tue 10 Dec 2nd Test Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Thu 19 - Mon 23 Dec 3rd Ashes Test WACA, Perth Thu 26 - Mon 30 Dec 4th Ashes Test MCG, Melbourne Fri 3 - Tue 7 Jan 5th Ashes Test SCG, Sydney |

Only thing with that is the last 3 tests seem very close together 3 days between each test last time there was nearly a full week between perth and melbourne |

It severely narrows down the options for getting from Perth to Melbourne. I have a horrible suspicion that it might be to do with The Big Bash. Is it really too much to ask for players to be given sufficient time to recover from a Test match? |

Confirmation must be due soon, the 2010/11 dates were announced on 7th october 2009. With no world cup I would not be surprised if Adelaide & maybe Perth are after Sydney. I believe Adelaide have been promised that the Australia day test will be resurected so based on that you could have :- Brisbane 17-21 december Melbourne 26-30 december sydney 3-7 january perth 16-20 january Adelaide 24-28 january |

Would that mean no warm up games at Hobart and Canberra I think the first option (even with Perth and Melbourne being back to back) is the more likely option myself, would be good to move Perth forward a week though!!! |

I saw them dates on Gullivers as well, just means that rather than go to Perth I'll probably do some touring of the place before Melbourne (had hoped to do the last 3 tests) |

Ibis Perth £110 per night, Ibis Wellington £60 per night. Roll on March 2013. |
