In a word badly for Sydney.

Day 1 - 2 seats not together in dry area
Day 2 - 2 seats in dry area
Day 3 - 2 seats bay 16
Day 4 - 2 seats in bay 6 Oreilly

2 days without drink, christ. Hopefully Melbourne should be a lot easier due to the bigger capacity, didn't have any trouble with Sydney last time around.

Day 1 - 2 seats Bay 9 (next to BA YES!!!)
Day 2 - 2 seats Milo Family :(
Day 3 - 2 seats Aussie Army
Day 4 - 2 seats Aussie Army

I couldn't bare 3 days with no drink. I'm taking a gamble with the aussie army seats, I reckon there will be more Englishman in those sections than aussies anyway and at least we can drink, which will help us overcome their one song on repeat for 10 hours each day...

Overall Happy I got tickets for it!

No problem picking up the Adelaide tickets I needed.

But I did stuff up in my haste!! Got 3 for days 1 and 2 in the ACF presale and was chasing 3 for day 3 and 2 for day 4.........ended up getting 3 for day 4.

So I've got a spare bronze ticket for day 4 if that is of help to anyone........face value of course to genuine fan.

I also had no problem getting tickets for Adelaide. 2 days are GA, and 2 days are bronze right in front of the army...

Missed out on Saturday Adelaide tickets but got Sunday tickets in GA. Gutted.

Is there a 12th man sale at midday?

It's probably too late, but just get tickets with the Aussie army, bronze or Milo family. It's exactly the same thing, the only difference is that you have a seat if you feel like a sit down. Other wise take literally 5 steps back and you're with the BA. But it may be too late now...

You'll be fine mate. Obviously there will be security at the family stand making sure no ones bring in drinks but it's not nazi germany, you'll easily be able to wonder around and have a few.

I was fortunate enough to get most of the tickets I needed in the ACF members sale but was missing a couple of days. Managed to get Day 1 for Perth today fairly easily but still need Day 3 for Sydney. Will try the Twelfth Man sale later but if no luck there, if anyone has a single spare for that day, I'll take it off your hands. ;)
