Tickets for Melbourne four days purchased.

Job done!

How'd you go for boxing day? I couldn't get Sh#t... only level 4 seats left... Managed to get m13 and m14 for days 2 and 3...

Yeah same q19 for me, was quite happy to accept them after what happened with Sydney sale. Guess the lower level tickets all went before the sale today?

10, 15 and 13 for days 2,3 and 4.

Hope everyone got fixed up.

Good work! Yeah did go all before today. I had 4 laptops, an ipad and two phones all trying to get decent tickets for boxing day. No luck. I'll settle for q20... I'm really curious as to what tickets 12th man have. As "midrange" tickets they could well be bronze tickets near or with the Barmy Army. mmmmmmmm :o

Yeah will have to wait and see, was half tempted to leave it and see but wasn't worth the gamble, will need them for Sydney tickets first and foremost.

Not sure if you guys have been to the MCG before but behind each bay is a small terraced area. If you don't like your seats, not adverse to standing and want to join in with the Barmy Army just wander around to the back of their area.

I've done that the last 2 times and had a great time.

The moment it hit 12 i hit the bronze section on the seating plan and it booked two tickets. i have bay 12 row c seat 1 and 2. How many tickets you all trying to book?

Hi Yorkiepud. Which day have you got these tickets for? I only because I have exactly the same seats and hoping its not the for te same day (sat 4 Jan) as that would mean an almighty f**k up on Ticketek's part.
For everyone who hasn't got tickets I'd say don't panic. There will be some released by 12th Man today plus there are always spares advertised on here. In fact I may even have a few SCG spares myself (face value obviously) depending on whether the first person I've offered them to wants them. Watch this space

Yeah they're not displaying correctly on iOS or Mac but appear fine on Windows, so don't worry.

I'm surprised with the demand for this series from an Aussie perspective. Cricket Australia don't seem to have learned from 06/07 when they let people buy 10 tickets thus resulting in bundles going onto the black market.

Fear not if you are missing or need tickets. I can see touts/amateurs loaded up with tickets desperately trying to sell come the time.

Could anyone please tell me what the "General Reserve" category means :?: can't see a description on Ticketek's website and some of the bays in this category at the MCG are quite close to the Barmy Army.

Managed to get all 4 days at Brisbane. Although 95% of tickets had been sold by the time I casually logged on this morning!!!!! And the only ones left were the rather chingy platinums!!!

Surprised at how quickly these tickets seem to be selling. Maybe, as someone suggested, its down to the 'wannabe touts' trying it on.
