Thanks a lot for that. Doesn't look like I'll be getting a lot of sleep tomorrow night

Yeah if you're chasing all of those that's a good few hours you'll be at it.

Best of British mate :)

I'm getting right confused now.

The Ticketek website is saying General release time of 12.00 pm AEST 17th July?

That's only for Melbourne, ticket release times for the 17th as follows.....

Melbourne is 12 midday AEST - 03.00am British Summer time.

Adelaide is 9am ACST - 11.30pm British Summer Time.

Sydney is 9am AEST - 12 midnight British Summer Time.

Didn't look at Brisbane or Perth as they are not with Ticketek.

Think your timing may be a bit out. Adelaide is closer to Uk time so 12.30 am i.e 30 mins after Sydney

As Harvey has already indicated Twelfth man are advising they will have an allocation later this month. Free to become a member and usually good stuff anyway, worth a try.

Details as follows:

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday 17th July at 12pm.

All new TwelfthMan members must be registered by Sunday 14th July.

Tickets will be available via Ticketmaster. We will send you a link to the ticket page before the on sale date.

Tickets are available for all 5 days of all 5 Test Matches, plus all ODIs and T20s.

To be eligible for tickets, you will need to enter your TwelfthMan Membership ID on the Ticketmaster site when purchasing tickets.

In order to give as many TwelfthMan members as possible an opportunity to access tickets, there is a limit on ticket allocation per member. Each TwelfthMan Member can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per match. Tickets can be split across any days you choose.

Has anyone had the link for this yet??

Hi, new to the forum and haven't really got time to trawl through the previous 10 pages, although I've got a basic idea of what's going on and there's some really helpful stuff on here.

In a nut shell I intent on attending Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne.

I am a member of both Twelfth Man and Cricket Australia so I'm getting contradicting information at the moment.

What website do I need to aim for tonight and what time?!

Many thanks - Nick

Ticketmaster.com.au

Sorry if this has already been mentioned (couldn't see it anywhere)

As I understand it some are sold via ticketek so via ticket master depending on venue.
You may have it already but this link may help.

Cheers for this. Am I better off phoning or going via website? sorry for questions, its my first time watching cricket abroad!!! Some Aussie fella who works for our PE dept reckons I'll have no problems getting in to Brisbane. Can take my time and pick my spot apparently. Still gonna get in early tomorrow before lunchtime though.

I personally have had no luck getting through on the phone but others have said that is the way to go. I would have thought if you can get through you'll at least be able to ask what bay you want to be in.......if you book through the internet you have to take what seats are offered (in the category you want) or keep trying until you get something close to where you want.

You can always do both, go through the online process while you try and get through on the phone at the same time......see which works best for you.

My plan in a bit over an hours time (chasing Adelaide) is to have my PC, phone and I Pad trying on-line while I frantically keep pressing redial on the landline...........see which one comes in a winner!!

ADELAIDE TICKETS GO ON SALE AT 9AM ACST (AUSTRALIAN CENTRAL STANDARD TIME) WHICH IS 12.30AM BRITISH SUMMER TIME.

GOOD LUCK ALL :D
