I went to Dubai with them - not as good as airlines like Singapore or Qatar, but perfectly acceptable if the flight is a significant amount cheaper.

You should bear in mind that alcohol won't be served on the plane, which is a bit of a bind if you're going all the way to Australia.

They turn a blind eye to discrete & moderate amount of duty free being consumed on board though!

"Non-stop" flights from Brunei to London stop to refuel in Dubai, you have to get off but pretty much get straight back on same plane. Brunei airport is tiny, very little to do there - either book a short connection or a long enough one to spend a few hours doing a tour of the local surrounding area.

Agree with the comment above, they wouldn't be my first choice of airline but wouldn't hesitate to use them if there were decent savings to be had.

I used them a few years back. In flight entertainment wasn't up to much if it worked at all. However the amount I saved by flying with them would have bought me an I-pod! Standards are nowhere near as high as the likes of Singapore, Malaysian or Cathay Pacific, and there's an extra stop compared with most airlines.

They were OK, but I would only choose them if they were cheaper than the airlines mentioned.
