Hi all, may seem daft question, but have seat for all days of melbourne test via thomson sport hotel and ticket package...didnt mention different standard seats. Have looked on MCG map and on here and looking at the area where Barmies will be seated in South stand wondered how much of the day it will be in the sun.
Also, unsure what value seat we have so are we all in same area, or do the seats continue up under cover?
Also, have read in other places how strict MCG is on what you can take in to the ground, I take it you can take bottled water and a cushion and sun protection? New to all this, so again...sorry if it seems daft to ask.

Thanks

This is mentioned elsewhere.....but the area BA are sat is bronze which is lower tier and behind the slip cordon. Personally I think its best view there as higher up is too high. An the top tiers are just ridiculous. The front half of the bottom tier is in the sun and back half is shaded. The MCG website shows the 'conditions of entry' which shows what you can & can't take in. None of the stuff you mention is banned although soft drinks must be in unopened containers. No alcohol permitted to be brought in.

I saw your other post too. Think of the Australian Cricket Family & 11th Man ticket sales totally separately. At midnight tonight (UK time) the tickets start going on general sale. The 12th Man tickets are on sale lunchtime tomorrow (weds) and will only be the allocation they are given. Last tour I bought some 12th man tickets for Sydney and they were silver & nowhere near BA. No idea what they'll be selling this time

Have a read through the site as most questions have been answered
