Just a quickie, but if any of the forum readers could let me know if 'temporary' stand D is a 2-tiered stand ? and if so would anyone happen to know which tier row 47 is on?

Just managed to bag a pair for the saturday and just curious .

Cheers in advance

It's quite a large single tiered job, with what looks like quite a shallow rake.

Have a look at the link below to the OT webcam.

Row 47 would be quite far back I should imagine. Not too sure about the red seats either!

Looks like they're changing the layout anyway as I received the below yesterday;

Dear Ticket Holder

We are writing to you to advise you to check your D Stand tickets which you should have now received. Your tickets are booked in this temporary grandstand constructed specially for the Test Match, and due to some changes to the stand layout, we have had to relocate your selected seats, albeit still within this stand, in order to maintain the same quality or provide an improved view of the playing area.

We are confident that you will be fully satisfied with your seat for the 3rd Investec Ashes Test Match, but please check them to be sure. If you have any concerns we ask that you do not contact the LCCC Ticket Office. Instead, please e-mail: dstand@lccc.co.uk where your query will be specifically addressed.

We look forward to seeing you in early August .

Yours sincerely
