Am really wanting to head over for a test with a mate (and hopefully some of you lot!). Cheers Airlines generally do not release inventory until 330 days prior to departure. This varies between carriers, but 330 days is the general concensus. Let's assume you're wanting to do the the first two test matches as an example. The second test match finishes around 7th December so you wouldnt be able to book your flights until mid January 2013. Anyone looking to stay until after the Sydney test will be looking to mid February 2013. Some airlines will release seats for sale 360 days in advance but in rushing for these you're limiting the number of airlines you can obtain a quotatation from and subsequently you may find that you're paying over the odds. |

We don't know yet when the tickets go on sale this time, but see the following thread: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=7207 The dates haven't been officially announced yet either, so if you've got accommodation booked already, I hope you're allowed to cancel if the dates you've got turn out to be wrong! |

From a very quick look you can't get there from google.........this must be incredibly confusing for any new members It's never been a secret that the old forum interface is still there and available to use, complete with marginally better facilities, and greater user-friendliness. A few bugs exist, such as posts appearing in the wrong order, but I agree it's generally better. However, new members have to register through the new forum interface, which also requires registration on the Barmy Army website. My feelings about this are mixed, but it has pretty much eliminated the problem of spambots, and (along with a police investigation) curbed the activities of a sad troll with multiple user names who must have devoted virtually his entire life over a period of years to trying to wreck this forum, as well as stalking and harassing some of its users. |
