What a fantastic day, incredible turnout @ 3-400. Perfect weather & a grand total of £2487.07 raised for the charity. Slight downside in that the Barmy Army team took one hell of a beating! :o

When the gift aid is added to the donations the money raised for Chance to Shine in George's memory is now up over £9500.

Would be nice to hit that magical £10k figure!

Alreet lads, I was the tall lad who opened for the smb, I know ive met some of you at test matches abroad, but I just wanted to say what a great day and what a good bunch of lads you. Wouldn't it be good if it could be an anuual event. The next time we will have to sort a proper night out with both of the teams.

What a great day out...thanks to all who arranged the day, and also to all the locals who were so welcoming to us over the weekend..everywhere we went people seemed to know George..really really great atmosphere! Great people and a great weekend!
