Off to Grenada in a couple of weeks with the missus who is expecting some sort of romantic break from the kids whereas I'm just keen to sit on the beach and smoke ganja with the locals. Has anyone been during a West Indies tour and if so what's it like ? Best bars/restaurants/sights to do etc. Thanks in advance. |

(Sez he through his usual drunken stupor) Well, it's like this, the missus will be expecting 10 days of lovey-dovey holding hands and romantic candlelight meals followed by a stroll on the beach bollocks. It's the price a feller has to pay for being allowed on tour for the rest of the year so in that sense it's only fair enough. But 10 days ? I'm hoping to have worn the oul' doll out by about day four which will then give me a chance to climb the perimiter fence and make a dash for freedom with Mary Jane. At that stage even a game of beach cricket with Bob Marley and his mates will be appealing. |
