This was in the early days of the BA, when I was a lot younger, and all the guys seemed to have nicknames. For some reason this was attributed to me. My first name is Peter and they just changed it slightly and it stuck. Strangley enough I was in Colombo in September having a drink in a bar and bumped into both of them. It was nice to think back. Sadly for me the BA is not now what it started out to be. Yes maybe in the current climate it would be better to re-register in a new name. But for some, the insults would still fly. My views are not always in line with the norm on here. But I have never used personal abuse on this forum or foul and disgusting language like some. |
