Does anyone know how to change the settings on the forum clock?

I seem to be an hour or two behind most and consequently any posts will be placed out of sync.

I've tried changing the time zone, but in doing so it amends the post times of others too.

This is a long-standing problem as old as the forum itself. I've repeatedly tried but failed to get to the bottom of it. I think it's a software bug. Now that the "new" forum is up, I don't have access to the settings for that in any case.
